Frenchie Love

When two beautiful ladies come into my studio, the portraits are amazing. Of course, one is a French Bulldog and if you do not think this dog is adorable, check your pulse because you’re dead, m’kay. Nothing says “love me, love my dog” more than a sort of “Mommy and Me” portrait session!

Portrait Session: Mack

Here is what I know from my experience as a mother: little boys cannot sit still. And here is also what I know from my experience as a photographer: you don’t want them to. Gentleman Jack: A Southern Gothic Shoot

Inspired by the Southern Gothic literature of Flannery O’Connor and the disturbing tableaux of Gregory Crewdson, I used a wonderful model, the old cabins of Elkmont, and tourists willing to play a corpse to tell the tale of Gentleman Jack. The deep woods in the South hold many secrets - be safe lest you become one!
