Fine art portraits, storybooks, prints, and wall art are available for purchase separately and are not included in the session fee.

Each Once Upon a Christmas Eve experience is designed exclusively for one immediate family, with a maximum of four children. This allows Santa to give each child personal attention while we create a beautifully connected Christmas story.

Cousins and children from separate family groups are welcome to participate by booking their own sessions.

Absolutely! Every storytelling portrait is lovingly finished in the same rich, painterly style you see in our examples, inspired by the warmth and timeless beauty of Old World Christmas illustrations.

These aren't just Christmas pictures. They're memories that look as though they've stepped straight from the pages of a treasured Christmas storybook.

We offer traditional green flannel pajamas for boys and vintage-style white nightgowns for girls to complement the beautiful, old-fashioned Christmas setting.

Use of our wardrobe is entirely optional! Your children are welcome to wear their own Christmas pajamas or festive clothing.  Keep in mind that the styling of these portraits reflects Old World vintage craftsmanship when choosing clothing.

Absolutely! The photographs from your child's Christmas adventure can become beautiful keepsakes to enjoy for generations.

Our custom Christmas storybooks begin at $895, fine art wall portraits at $695, and prints at $150.  All items include the digital files of the images used.

Once Upon a Christmas Eve takes place on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at F/32 Photo Studio, conveniently located near West Hills Mall in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Appointments begin at 9:00 AM, with the final session beginning at 4:00 PM. Each private experience lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Yes! In addition to the storytelling portraits created throughout the experience, we'll make time for individual portraits of each child with Santa.
